1-Banana Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients needed
  • 2 Bananas(If frozen that are best)
  • 1 and 1/2 half cups of low-fat milk
  • Coffee yogurt container of the size nearly 8oz
  • 1/4 tea spoon ground cinnamon
  • Nutmeg(grounded)as much desired
Preparation

Preparation method is very simple, just combine all the ingredients Bananas, milk,yogurt ,cinnmon and nutmeg in a blender and blend till smooth, now enjoy your smoothie.
