Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Peach
  2. 1/4 cup of soft tofu
  3. 1 cup soy milk
  4. 1 teaspoon Splenda
  5. 1/20 gm scoop of low-carb soy powder
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and your smoothie will be prepared.It is for one serving.
