Purple chockberry
The purple chockberry is naturally hybrid of red chockberry and black chockberry. It belong to Rosaceae family and it is native to Eastern N America.
The berry are edible, but are very astringent when raw;they may attract birds.It is a multi stemmed shrub,white flower in late spring followed by purple-black berry and Matt dark green leaves with brilliant autumn color.
