Avocados are the fruits belong to berry family(Avocado is actually a berry) having large single seed.It is a pear shaped,egg shaped or spherical fruit.The flesh of fruit is soft, creamy, and buttery and green or yellow.The taste of fruit is salty to nutty, sweet.
The Fruit is native to Mexico and central America.The tree of avocado is ever green and hight is about 20-30 feet.The color of out side fruit change from green to purple black when ripe.Fruit naturally contain about 20 vitamin and mineral.It is also a good source of potassium(greater then banana),omega-3 fatty acid and lutein and contain soluble and insoluble fiber.
